About

Following the entry into force of the law on cultural heritage of 25 February 2022, the Centre National de Recherche Archéologique (CNRA) has become the Institut national de recherches archéologiques (INRA).

INRA is responsible for the inventorisation, study, protection and promotion of Luxembourg's archaeological heritage.

Located in Bertrange, INRA's premises include offices, laboratories and workshops for archaeological restoration and conservation as well as archaeological archives.
