On a building benefiting from national protection

Areas located on a building benefiting from national protection in accordance with Article 30 of the amended law of 25 February 2022 (see the list drawn up by the INPA) are part of the archaeological observation zone or its sub-zone.
 

Any development work or projects planned on these sites must therefore be assessed in accordance with Article 4 of the amended Law of 25 February 2022 on cultural heritage.
